Exercise programming:  We put together a customized system to give you the confidence that you can make gains.  We take measurements before hand in both your physicality and performance; so ;you will be able to see concretely, whether or not you’re making progress.

Nutrition programming:  We put together a menu based on the foods that you like to get you to your goals.  Nutrition is just as important as exercise when it comes to your health.  We use software, which looks at calories in and calories out to get you to your goals.

Each program is tailored to the needs and request of our clients.  We work with our clients and don’t give any mandates or feelings of guilt, shame, or pressure.

There are so many benefits with exercise. Here are some of the potential benefits:

1.    Reduced risk of osteoporosis
2.    Improved body composition, which reduces the likelihood of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
3.    It is widely accepted as being correlated with lower resting blood pressure.
4.    Facilitation of the movement of food through the gastro intestinal tract.  This can often reduce the risk of colon cancer as well as giving an overall sense of well being.
5.    Resistance training can be very beneficial for those with  lower back pain.
